분말 유동-홀 유동성 밀도시험기 (FM-50)
(Hall Flow Meter-Apparent Density Meter)
◆ 개요(Description)
▶ 자유 낙하를 흐름을 통한 자연낙하 속도로 측정하는 겉보기 밀도-체적 시험 방법
▶ 홀 유동성 시험기 ISO4490, ISO 1878 규정
▶ Hall Flowmeter (Funnel) / Hall Flow Meter (Funnel) determines both Flow Rate and Apparent Density.
▶ 정량 자유 낙하 속도 측정, 홀 유동성 테스트 장비
▶ 제약-화장품 분말, 금속 파우더, 페인트 안료 분말, 벌크 등
▶ Metallic powders-Determination of flowability by means of a calibrated funnel (Hall flowmeter)
▶ This standard is based on International Standard ISO4490-1978 (Metallic powders
▶ Determination of flowability by means of a calibrated funnel (Hall flowmeter)
▶ It applies for metallic powders that can freely flow through funnel 2.5mm in aperture.
◆ 제품사양(Specifications)
1. Principle
The flowability of metallic powders is expressed as the finish time when 50g metallic powders freely
flow through standard funnel in specified aperture
2. Sampling
2.1 At least 200g sample, divided into 3 shares.
2.2 Normally before test no processing on powder, under some occasion, we must dry it.
For metallic powders subject to oxidization, drying operation must be
performed in protect of vacuum or inertia.
For powder containing volatile material, dryness is not allowed.
3. Instruments
3.1 Funnel: Funnel is made of metal powder non-magnetic, abrasive and anti-corrosive,
they are produced with enough thickness and hardness, in order to avoid deformity and over wear.
3.2 Support, pedestal and receiving container: Support is used for fixing funnel.
Pedestal is used for installing support and receiving container, it must be horizontal, firm and no vibration.
Receiving container is used for collecting powders, it can be clean cup and plate which can contain 50g
metallic powder and also can be smooth stencil paper.
3.3 Balance: Maximum capacity: 100g; precision: 0.05g.
3.4 Stopwatch: Accurate to 0.2s.
4. Procedures:
4.1 Weigh 50g sample, accurate to +0.1g.
4.2 Plug the bottom hole of funnel, feed 50g sample into the funnel, the whole hole must be filled with samples.
4.3 Open the hole and start timing, stop timing immediately when all samples in the funnelare discharged.
4.4 Write down the finish time, repeat the above procedures for three times,
and then calculate the average time, accurate to 0.2s.
4.5 If samples are not discharged when open the hole, users can knock the funnel
once lightly to make the samples flow out.
But, even though samples are not discharged after users do the above procedures, or
